The OnCourse Discipline System is a highly customizable component that enables staff to document, automate and communicate with all educational stakeholders.

Every facet of the OnCourse Discipline System can be customized to each individual school's needs and policies.  A sophisticated rules based system can be setup to determine when staff members should be alerted as incidents are entered into the system.

The system can also be configured to automate the notification of guardians as a student accumulates incidents.  Standard form letters are stored in the system and are distributed based upon the school's policies.

The OnCourse Discipline System also provides a number of tracking reports that can be used to report on discipline incidents for a given time period.
